Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for choosing our handmade leather goods. Each item is uniquely crafted, and as such, we have a specific returns policy for personalised and non-personalised items.

Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of personalised goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized (e.g., names, initials, dates) unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We begin processing orders soon after they are placed, so cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive.

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible, especially for personalised items.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the defect, and we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution.

Natural Leather Imperfections:

Please note that our products are made from 100% natural leather. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and natural markings may occur. These characteristics are a natural feature of genuine leather and contribute to the uniqueness of each handmade piece. While we make every effort to cut around noticeable imperfections, we cannot always guarantee their complete exclusion. These natural imperfections are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Order Accuracy:

We strive for accurate personalisation. If we’ve made an error (e.g., misspelled name, incorrect initials), please contact us within 14 days. We’ll rectify the issue by providing a replacement or another solution.

Non-Personalised Items:

For non-personalised items, contact us within 14 days if you’d like a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

Return Shipping:

For accepted returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method as we aren’t liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Digital Items:

Digital items, including PDF patterns and digital gift cards, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
