All products are handmade by a single craftsman and made in the order they are received.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We appreciate your patience and understanding due to our rural location. Processing times are subject to change depending on workload.

Please note, this build time does not include shipping time.

 

Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $50.

Orders fulfilled with Australia Post include tracking, with an option for express delivery with a signature.

Standard shipping time: 2 to 8 business days.

Express shipping time: 1 to 4 business days.

 

Internatonal Shipping

Orders fulfilled with Australia Post include tracking, with signature required for express delivery.

Standard shipping estimated time: 10 to 25 business days.

Express shipping estimated time: 5 to 15 business days.
